Q: UPLOADING ART - What art file formats do you accept? A:
Our preferred file format is .eps. But a high-resolution jpeg (300 dpi)
can also be used. Please note that the resolution for best print
quality must be at 300 dpi. Rush Team Apparel is not responsible for
any dissatisfaction of the finished product due to artwork uploaded by
the customer that was low resolution. Q: FINALIZED DESIGN - Will the final product print exactly as what is shown on my screen or printout? A:
No. When process printing on textiles the resolution is lower than
printing ink on paper or a photograph (Textiles usually are printed at
55 lpi / Whereas color prints can print up to 200 lpi). There are no
refunds due to dissatisfaction of process print quality not matching
photo quality. However, our methods of process printing and embroidery are the highest quality in the industry. Q: I NEED HELP CREATING A GREAT DESIGN that everyone will love - Can Rush Team Apparel help? A:
YES. We have a team of skilled representatives who will carefully
review all submitted artwork. We can recommend certain editions that
will improve the design. If you would like assistance before uploading
your design, contact us first with some of your ideas and perhaps we
can guide you through the process.
Q: Are there any ADDITIONAL CHARGES for help with my design? A:
Rush Team Apparel software allows you to create your own design; there
is no charge for using our online design program. You can also contact
us with any questions you may have or for suggestions on how to improve
your design at no additional cost. Remember any artwork uploaded must
be high resolution (300 dpi).
However if our art department has to setup the artwork for you or
make changes to improve resolution, style, or manipulate the file in
any way, there is an art charge of $25 per half hour for our services. Q: Do you offer embroidery? A: Yes. Most items can be embroidered. Production time may vary. Q: What are the business hours to contact Rush Team Apparel? A: Business hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
Q: What does Rush Team Apparel guarantee? A: We
guarantee that your product will be without material flaw. Your online
design will be printed at the highest quality according to what you
have designed online.
We do not guarantee that the colors produced on the final product
will exactly match the color shown on your monitor. Variations in
monitor calibration make it impossible for us to guarantee a perfect
match.
For any questions regarding refunds, customer service must be
contacted within 24 hours of receipt of the order or all sales or final.
Q: Can you guarantee time of delivery? A: If design
changes are necessary, in hand dates may have to be moved. Any rush
charges cannot be refunded due to design changes. All deliveries within
the state of Washington will deliver next business day.
We cannot guarantee time of delivery in cases of natural disasters
that affect postal services, labor issues, or unexpected product
shortages.
Q: What is the most economical shirt order? A: The least expensive t-shirt would be a white shirt with a 1-color design.
Pricing is based on the following factors: 1. Garment 2. Number of print colors 3. Number of print locations 4. Quantity of garments ordered
To keep costs low we recommend: 1. Order in bulk - Order larger quantities 2. Print with fewer colors 3. Print on 1 location
