Terms and Conditions
Payment
You can pay for your item by credit card or debit card. We currently accept VISA and MasterCard. Payment authorization must be approved before we can deliver your order. Payment is received in US Dollars only.
Delivery
Delivery will take from 3 - 25 business days, depending on the garments ordered.
Customer service will communicate the timing on custom orders that may take up to 25 days,
depending on garment availability.
If for some reason an item is not available, we will contact you directly to make arrangements for future delivery or
provide you the option to receive a refund on the item.
Returns
The orders that RushTeamApparel produces are custom to your team or school
design. Our proof approval system is a legal and binding agreement on how
the garment will look upon completion. If the completed product does not
match the proof, then we stand behind our product entirely.
